Shipping, Payment, Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We are not liable for unexpected weather or other delays which the shipping companies experience. Additionally, orders shipping to destinations outside of the United States may incur duties and taxes. Any import taxes/duties associated with shipping to various countries are the responsibility of our customers’. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes.

Payment Policy

We use Paypal to process payments placed on our website. Paypal secures all bank and credit card information, so your information remains completely private. The only information we receive is the information needed to process the order.

You need not necessarily have a Paypal account for the payment. Simply select PayPal payment filter, and the option "without Paypal account to proceed."

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Returned items will be refunded only if they are returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type.
